About the event

The Mount Peace Cemetery Association in Lawnside and the Historical Society of Haddonfield invite you to join us on Thursday October 28 at 7 pm for a virtual lecture, “The Hidden History of Mt. Peace Cemetery,” presented by Dolly Marshall.

Dolly is a board member of the Mount Peace Cemetery Association, and is working with volunteers to preserve and care for this historic African American cemetery in Lawside, NJ. The Historical Society of Haddonfield's archives include some records from the cemetery, and a digital index of the burial information found in those records are available on our web site.

We hope you’ll join us on October 28 at 7 pm. The program will be shared via Zoom.

The event is free, though donations are always welcome. You can register for the free Zoom event here, and we will send out the link and brief instructions by the day of the event.
